CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

Conveyancing Assistant

Bedfords Legal is looking to employ an experienced conveyancing clerk to work in our busy and expanding conveyancing practice. Experience of ACT and NSW conveyancing practice and procedure is a requirement.  Experience in the use of PEXA is helpful, but not essential.

Your core duties will include:

• Drafting and preparing correspondence, contracts and settlement statements
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, banks, brokers and other stakeholders
• Assisting in organising settlements, including use of the PEXA platform
• Provide support to the Conveyancing team
• General administrative tasks

Salary will be in line with experience and is negotiable.

Solicitor, Commercial & Property (3+ PAE)

Bedfords Legal is expanding and invites suitably qualified solicitors to join us. Our commercial and property section requires an experienced solicitor to work directly with two directors. 

Salary will be in line with experience and is negotiable.
